This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied, hands-on role and wants to make a real difference to the day-to-day running of a busy and welcoming office environment.The RoleAs part of the Facilities Team, you''ll help ensure the buildings, grounds and communal areas are safe, well maintained and operating efficiently. From carrying out minor repairs to preparing meeting spaces, liaising with contractors and supporting health and safety compliance, you''ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly.Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs across the site. Completing regular building inspections and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns. Coordinating maintenance requests and working with external contractors. Assisting with planned preventative maintenance programmes. Undertaking routine health and safety checks, including fire alarm testing, emergency lighting checks and other compliance activities.
