JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for a School Caretaker to join their team on a static site in Blackley. This caretaker role will initially be on a contract basis. MUST have an enhanced DBS.

HOURS

Monday to Friday 1pm-8pm

Monday to Friday 8am-3.30pm

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Maintenance and cleaning duties on site
  *Key holder - opening and locking building
  *Liaising with contractors on site

Requirements for the role

• Must have an enhanced DBS
• Maintenance experience
