JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for a School Caretaker to join their team on a static site in Bury. This caretaker role will initially be on a contract basis. MUST have an enhanced DBS.

HOURS

Monday to Friday

7.30am to 10.30am and then 2.30pm to 6pm

The hours will be different over the summer holidays

Daily responsibilities will include

• Key holder - opening and locking building
• General maintenance and DIY
• Health and Safety checks
• Liaising with contractors on site

Requirements for the role

*Must have an enhanced DBS, on the update service
*Caretaking experience (Desirable)
