Caretaker

Full job description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Caretaker to work in one of the fantastic schools we work with in Swansea.

• General maintenance and repair duties

• Basic plumbing tasks 

• Opening and closing, including occasional early mornings 

• Supporting with site security and general upkeep of facilities

• Assisting with the setup of rooms and events as required / this may involve heavy lifting 

• Litter picking around the school 

• Proven experience in a similar caretaking or maintenance role

• Basic knowledge of plumbing and general building maintenance

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Flexibility with working hours, including occasional early mornings
