As an education recruitment agency Academics are currently searching for an experienced caretaker to work in a great Primary school in Bridgend!
The role is looking to start ASAP and run for the entire academic year. There will also be an option for extension into the following academic year on a more permanent basis, if the school thinks you''re doing a great job!
Role of a Caretaker in Bridgend:
- Oversee and maintain property/building cleanliness and safety
- Perform minor repairs and basic maintenance tasks
- Monitor and report any damage or issues to management
- Ensure security by locking/unlocking premises and checking alarms
- Assist residents/tenants with basic needs or inquiries
- Manage waste disposal and recycling routines
- Keep outdoor areas tidy (gardens, walkways, parking, etc.)
