A welcoming Primary School in Bridgend is seeking a reliable and dedicated caretaker to join their team. This opportunity is available immediately and will run for the academic year, with the possibility of becoming a longer-term role for the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the Bridgend school buildings and grounds remain safe, secure, and well maintained
Carry out day-to-day repairs and support with general upkeep in your role as caretaker
Monitor and report any maintenance issues to school leaders promptly
Oversee site security, including opening/closing duties and alarm checks
Assist with recycling, waste disposal, and maintaining outdoor spaces
