We are looking to recruit a Caretaker to join a well-established housing association based in East London. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering a high quality caretaking service, ensuring that all estates are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and safety for residents.

Responsibilities:

• Inspecting and cleaning all communal areas in accordance with agreed specifications including sweeping
  and mopping, external litter picking, leaf clearance, cleaning bin areas and rotating bins.
• Carrying out health and safety checks of communal areas as required.
• Reporting bulk rubbish, graffiti, and abandoned vehicles to the appropriate teams.
• Dealing with residents courteously and respectfully, being helpful at all times.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• Basic Criminal Record Check (Disclosure and Barring Service)
