Caretaker

One of my local government clients are currently recruiting for an experienced Caretaker to support in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment across local authority buildings. Key Responsibilities: General building maintenance and site security Conducting regular health and safety checks Safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals in line with COSHH guidelines Supporting facilities staff with minor repairs, moving furniture, and preparing rooms Responding promptly to maintenance and cleaning requests Working both independently and as part of a team Requirements: Solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations Knowledge of COSHH and appropriate chemical usage Proven ability to work proactively and without supervision Previous experience in a similar caretaker or facilities role preferred Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual If interested in this role please send your CV to Lee-Juan at Coyle Personnel Ltd. ..... full job details .....
