Caretaker

Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Camden Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 6+ months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience We are looking for a Caretaker this role will be: Mansfield Road, London, Camden, NW3 2JB The right candidate will: Non-Residential Caretaker with a minimum of six months or more experience. Must understand health and safety, and the use of cleaning chemicals (COSHH). Ability to work on own initiatives an advantage. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the common areas in the residential property. Maintain the overall cleanliness of the property, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify any maintenance issues or repairs that are needed. Coordinate and oversee any necessary repairs or maintenance work, including contacting and scheduling contractors. Assist residents with any maintenance requests or issues that they may have. Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, and unclogging drains.
