Barker Ross is recruiting for a Caretaker for one of our clients'' based at Mossbourne Fobbing Academy (SS17 8JT).Our client is a community-facing, people-first business that delivers, manages and maintains communities and places - including multi-tenure housing, schools, open spaces, public and private buildings, retail schemes, distribution centres, manufacturing plants, utilities and broadband networks.Location: Mossbourne Fobbing Academy, SS17 8JT Payrate: 14.00 per hour PAYE - weekly pay Hours: 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday Start: 01.09.25 Duration: On-goingDuties:Carrying out general maintenance and repairs (DIY tasks, site assistant duties)Ensuring the site and surrounding areas are maintained to a high standardAssisting with cleaning and site safety tasksConducting building checks and reporting to managementEnsuring compliance with relevant statutory requirements, including Health and SafetyRequirements:Good communication and customer service skillsExperience in maintenance and repairs, including safe use of toolsStrong understanding of health and safety regulations and considerationsProactive approach with good use of initiative in identifying priority tasksBarker Ross Group values diversity and promotes equality.
