Caretaker Role Overview: Work in teams of two to maintain  cleanliness and safety  across multiple housing blocks. Carry out  minor maintenance and cleaning duties . Drive the company vehicle –  a full UK driving licence is required . Caretaker Key Responsibilities: Cleaning & Housekeeping: Sweep, mop, and vacuum  stairs, landings, and communal areas . Wipe down  handrails, banisters, and surfaces . Empty bins and replace liners. Clean  windows, glass surfaces, and vents . Spot clean walls and remove scuff marks. Maintenance & Upkeep: Check and report  maintenance issues  (e.g., broken lights, loose handrails). Replace bulbs  and carry out minor fixes. Deep clean stair treads, skirting boards, and high-touch points. Remove clutter, bag and dispose of rubbish, and manage  bulky waste .
