Caretaker Manchester, M9 13.21 per hour 1.30pm-5.30pm Monday-Friday Temporary ContractA current enhanced DBS Certificate is essential for the role.IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Caretaker to work on a temporary part-time basis at a primary school in Manchester This role provides the opportunity to maintain high standards across school premises while supporting a friendly, professional team.The hours are 20 per week, Monday - Friday 1.30pm-5.30pm.What We OfferWeekly pay.Accrued holiday entitlement.Pension contributions.Access to the Acorn Rewards Scheme.Dedicated Account Manager.Immediate start available.Key DutiesLocking of the site at the end of the day and ensuring security at all times.Check the fire alarm and conduct a Health and Safety walk.Update records on a computer.Undertake cleaning duties to maintain high internal and external standards, supporting the existing cleaning team.Perform general maintenance routines, including painting.Assemble and move furniture as required.Care for equipment, materials and storage areas used in cleaning.Provide efficient removal, storage and waste disposal services.Identify and report building or equipment faults promptly.Prepare rooms for use, including functions and events, and clear rooms afterwards.Participate in required training.Complete all duties in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, policies and safe systems of work.RequirementsAbility to work independently or as part of a team.Ability to ..... full job details .....
