This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Caretaker , Site Assistant, or Facilities Operative looking for a long-term role within a school environment. Key Responsibilities: Opening, securing, and maintaining the school site Carrying out general caretaker duties, including basic maintenance and minor repairs Completing routine health & safety and site inspections Supporting with room setups for school events and activities Ensuring the school grounds remain clean, safe, and well maintained Assisting staff with ad-hoc site-related tasks Liaising with contractors and visitors where required The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience as a Caretaker, Site Assistant, Facilities Operative, or similar role (preferred) A practical, proactive, and reliable approach Good understanding of health & safety procedures Ability to work independently and use initiative Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing...
