This Caretaker position is a part-time afternoon role, ideal for an experienced Caretaker or someone with previous site, facilities, or maintenance experience looking to work within a school environment.Key Responsibilities of the Caretaker Role:Opening, securing, and maintaining the school siteCarrying out general caretaker duties, including basic maintenance and minor repairsCompleting routine health and safety and site inspectionsSetting up rooms and school spaces for after-school clubs and activitiesEnsuring the school grounds remain clean, safe, and well maintainedSupporting school staff with ad-hoc site-related tasksLiaising with contractors and visitors when requiredThe Ideal Caretaker Will Have:Previous experience as a Caretaker, Site Assistant, Facilities Operative, or in a similar role (preferred)A practical, reliable, and proactive approachGood understanding of health and safety proceduresAbility to work independently and use initiativeEnha...</description>
