This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Caretaker, Site Assistant, or Facilities Operative looking for a long-term role within a school environment.Key Responsibilities:Opening, securing, and maintaining the school siteCarrying out general caretaker duties, including basic maintenance and minor repairsCompleting routine health and safety and site inspectionsSupporting with room setups for school events and activitiesEnsuring the school grounds remain clean, safe, and well maintainedAssisting staff with ad-hoc site-related tasksLiaising with contractors and visitors where requiredThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:Previous experience as a Caretaker, Site Assistant, Facilities Operative, or similar role (preferred)A practical, proactive, and reliable approachGood understanding of health and safety proceduresAbility to work independently and use initiativeEnhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain oneThis is a fantastic opportunity...</description>
