Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain communal areas, including entrances, stairwells and corridors. Vacuum, sweep and keep shared spaces presentable. Collect litter and leaves and maintain the general appearance of the estate. Carry out routine site checks and report maintenance issues promptly. Check communal lighting and assist with basic meter readings where required. Record contractor visits and communicate professionally with residents and management using a mobile phone and email.
