Carer - Supported Living

Our client is seeking a Carer for a Supported Living role in the Swindon area. This is a permanent position available on both part-time and full-time bases, with salary ranging from £25,000 to £26,500 per annum (pro rata for part-time). The role offers an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals who need support to live independently, working within a caring and structured environment.

• Permanent position, flexible between part-time and full-time hours to suit your circumstances

• Based in Swindon, supporting individuals in their own homes within the supported living setting

• Experience working as a carer or in a support role, ideally within supported living or community care
• Ability to provide compassionate, person-centred support tailored to individual needs
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to build positive relationships with service users
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of care and professionalism
• Willingness to undertake relevant training and adhere to safeguarding and health and safety protocols

• Level 2 or Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification, or equivalent experience
• Current DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to obtain one
• First Aid at Work or equivalent certification is desirable
