Carer - Supported Living

Our client is seeking a Carer for a Supported Living role in the Swindon area. This is a permanent position available on both part-time and full-time bases, with salary ranging from £25,000 to £26,500 per annum (pro rata for part-time). The role offers an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals who need support to live independently, working within a caring and structured environment. Permanent position, flexible between part-time and full-time hours to suit your circumstances £25,000 to £26,500 annually, pro rata for part-time roles Based in Swindon, supporting individuals in their own homes within the supported living setting Preferred Requirements Experience working as a carer or in a support role, ideally within supported living or community care Ability to provide compassionate, person-centred support tailored to individual needs Strong communication skills and the capacity to build positive relationships with service users Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of care and professionalism Willingness to undertake relevant training and adhere to safeguarding and health and safety protocols Preferred Qualifications Level 2 or Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification, or equivalent experience Current DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to obtain one First Aid at Work or equivalent certification is desirable ..... full job details .....
