Carer / Support Worker

As a Care Assistant / Support Worker, you ll be at the heart of our mission, providing compassionate, person-centred care that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.Key Responsibilities for Carer / Support Worker:Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.Support clients in meal preparation and feeding as needed.Provide companionship and emotional support.Facilitate social activities and outings.Administering medication.Raising concerns and calling District Nurses / 111 when necessary.To provide light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, washing dishes and changing bed linen when necessary.Promoting independence.Duties may vary from time to time in line with the need of the service and as agreed with Pathways of Hope.Please note, this role is domiciliary care and supported living.Please note, we are NOT offering sponsorship. ..... full job details .....
