We have an exciting management opportunity for a Carer Support Team Lead to join our team, supporting unpaid adult carers. This is a rewarding and varied role leading a team providing information, coaching and peer support for local carers, helping them navigate support systems, and to maintain their own health and wellbeing. You will mainly work in the community as well as from our offices or home. You will have experience working with Carers, vulnerable or disadvantaged individuals, or working within health, social care, community or voluntary services.
