Key Responsibilities: Support to engage in meaningful, varied activities and prevent boredom. Full assistance with daily living tasks and safe positioning. Support with personal care and daily living tasks as required, ensuring dignity and respect. Skilled support to ensure safe transfers, correct posture, and safe feeding. Requirements: Minimum of 6 months experience as a Support Worker, Carer, or Healthcare Assistant. Carer must drive A calm, patient, and empathetic approach. Excellent observation and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
