Careers Technical Delivery Manager

Lead the successful delivery of platform software projects, managing requirements, priorities and dependencies to create efficient release schedules.Develop a deep understanding of project requirements, deliverables and complexities, and communicate clearly and confidently about those projects to stakeholders at different levels.Partner with key stakeholders across the global Education business to elicit requirements and prioritise effectively to deliver measurable value to the end user.Qualifications

Experience delivering projects in a technical environment; experience with technical project delivery, or involvement in technical projects, is an advantage. Background in software development or software testing, or in education or publishing with project management experience.Ability to lead meetings with globally distributed teams and work with stakeholders at different levels.Active Scrum Master role within a team; strong understanding of Agile principles, values and benefits, and ability to coach good Agile/Scrum practice.Proven ability to manage complicated technical projects, anticipate issues, manage dependencies, and deliver with a focus on value and clarity of direction.Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to negotiate and provide stakeholders with visibility and confidence.Flexible problem-solving approach and willingness to adapt processes to improve team performance; collaborative team player with a proactive attitude toward deadlines and ambitious projects.About Us
