Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the careers provision and produce reports for senior leaders.Careers Education and Guidance: Design and coordinate a comprehensive careers programme. Ensure learners have access to impartial careers information, advice, and guidance.Employer and Community Engagement: Build relationships with employers and develop internship and employment opportunities.
