Careers and Skills Facilitator£38,976 - £47,229Fixed term until 31st August 2028 Part time 18 hours per weekHybrid - with travel across five boroughs Objective of role As a Careers and Skills Facilitator, you will play a key role in improving careers education and opportunities for young people across South London.Working across schools, colleges, employers and local partners, you will use your ability to build relationships, influence decision-makers and identify innovative solutions to drive meaningful improvements in careers provision, employer engagement and young people''s progression outcomes.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working across complex systems, bringing people together around shared goalsand turning insight into action.You will act as a trusted adviser to education leaders, helping them strengthen careers education, connect withemployersand create better opportunities for young people, particularly those most at risk of disadvantage or becoming NEET.About the role In this varied and rewarding role, you will:Manage a portfolio of schools and colleges across South London, building trusted relationships with senior leaders, supporting continuous improvement in careers education.Use data and performance insight to identify gaps, target support and drive measurable improvements in outcomes for young people.Work with employers to create high-quality experiences of the workplace, helping young people develop skills, confidence and progression ..... full job details .....
