This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual passionate about supporting young people to make informed decisions about their futures and to raise aspirations across the school community.Working on a part-time, permanent basis, you will lead on the strategic development and delivery of the school''s careers programme, ensuring it meets the Gatsby Benchmarks and supports all students in achieving their ambitions.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, implement, and evaluate a high-quality careers education, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG) programmeProvide impartial careers advice and guidance to students across key stagesBuild and maintain strong relationships with employers, colleges, training providers and other external partnersOrganise careers events, including fairs, workshops, and employer encountersSupport students with progression pathways, including post-16 and post-18 optionsWork closely with senior leaders, teaching staff and pastoral teams to embed careers education across the curriculumTrack and monitor student destinations and progression outcomesEnsure compliance with statutory requirements and best practice frameworksAbout YouWe are looking for someone who:Has experience in ..... full job details .....
