Careers and Enrichment Leader To oversee, monitor, analyse and strategically plan the development of enrichment programmes to ensure students have access to a wide range of opportunities. Responsibilities: To support the academy plan for careers and enrichment in all year groups To support the work of the Academy leadership team in the development and implementation of careers and enrichment activities. To oversee work experience placements for students. To liaise with universities to support widening participation activities To contribute to the promotion of the general progress and well-being of students and staff within the Academy Safeguarding Statement: Oasis Academy Hadley is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
