Working within Wandsworth Council Lifelong Learning, you will provide tailored information, advice and guidance, helping learners identify suitable career pathways, develop employability skills and overcome barriers to work.You will manage a caseload of learners, develop individual action plans and work collaboratively with tutors, colleagues and employers to create meaningful opportunities that lead to employment, further learning, volunteering or other positive destinations.About the roleIn this varied role, you will work directly with adult learners, tutors, colleagues, employers, community groups and partner organisations to support progression into employment, further learning or other positive destinations.
