Careers Adviser – College (Egham & Windsor)

Salary: £25,800– £28,200 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role
We are working with a forward-thinking and high-achieving further education college in Berkshire, recognised for its strong student support services and commitment to progression. They are looking to appoint a Careers Adviser to support learners across two of their established campuses.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and student-focused environment, helping young people make informed decisions about their futures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide impartial careers advice and guidance to sixth form students
• Support students with UCAS applications and higher education pathways
• Deliver one-to-one guidance sessions and group workshops
• Assist students in identifying career goals and progression opportunities
• Work across two college campuses, supporting a diverse student cohort

  
What We’re Looking For

• Experience in careers advice, guidance, or a similar role within education
• Level 6 IAG qualification (or Level 4 with willingness to train to Level 6)
• Knowledge of UCAS and post-18 progression routes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
