Careers AdvisorWe are seeking an enthusiastic and student-focused Careers Advisor to deliver a professional, impartial, and high-quality Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) service across the College. This rewarding role will involve providing one-to-one careers guidance and delivering engaging group sessions on topics such as Higher Education, apprenticeships, employability skills, CV writing, interview preparation, and labour market information.The successful candidate will work closely with students, curriculum teams, employers, universities, and external partners to support progression into further study, apprenticeships, and employment. You will contribute to a wide range of careers and employability events, including Higher Education fairs, mock interview days, employer talks, and recruitment events, while helping to develop and maintain digital careers resources and guidance platforms.We are looking for a proactive and organised individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of careers guidance principles, and the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
