Careers Advisor - Schools Across Oldham / Rochdale £31,386.61 Full-time, Temporary until end of March Job Description: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Careers Advisor to deliver high-quality careers information, advice, and guidance across schools, colleges, and training provider settings. You will work directly with students and learners who are in education, training, or seeking employment, helping them to make informed decisions about their future pathways. You will manage a varied caseload, developing individual action plans and supporting learners with progression routes, including further education, training opportunities, and employment. You will also deliver labour market information and contribute to personal, social, health and careers education programmes. The role involves:Delivering impartial careers guidance to students and learnersManaging a caseload and creating tailored action/development plansSupporting learners with progression routes including UCAS applicationsProviding up-to-date labour market and careers informationBuilding strong relationships with schools, colleges, and training providersSetting SMART targets and tracking learner progress against outcomesDelivering group sessions and workshops as requiredYou ll need:A minimum Level 6 IAG qualification (essential)Proven experience delivering careers education, information, advice, and guidanceStrong knowledge of the local labour market and education/training pathwaysExperience working ..... full job details .....
