Job Title: Careers Adviser Location: North West LondonSalary: £25-£30 PH Contract: Full-time Start Date: ASAP / About the RoleWe are seeking a qualified and motivated Careers Adviser (Level 6) to deliver high-quality, impartial careers guidance to students in a school/college setting.You will support learners in making informed decisions about their future pathways, including university, apprenticeships, and employment, in line with the Gatsby Benchmarks. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 careers guidance interviews to students (Level 6 standard)Support students with UCAS applications, personal statements, and career planningDeliver group sessions on employability, progression routes, and labour market information (LMI)Work with SLT and the Careers Leader to meet Gatsby BenchmarksBuild relationships with employers, universities, and apprenticeship providersMaintain accurate records of student guidance and destinations dataSupport careers events, workshops, and work experience programmes About YouLevel 6 Careers Guidance qualification (CIAG) - essentialExperience delivering careers advice in schools, colleges, or similar settingsStrong knowledge of UK education pathways, UCAS, apprenticeships, and LMIExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to engage and motivate young peopleDesirable:Experience in FE college or sixth form settingKnowledge of Gatsby Benchmarks and Ofsted expectationsExperience working with SEN or vulnerable learners What We OfferSupportive and ..... full job details .....
