You will work as part of a collaborative and supportive team, alongside colleagues and Business Support staff who play a key role in enabling the service to run effectively. Through one-to-one and group sessions in schools and/or colleges, you will help young people make informed decisions at key transition points and understand the full range of post-16 and post-18 options, including further education, apprenticeships, training and employment. Working closely with education providers and partners, you will contribute to a joined- up approach that supports young people to participate, succeed and progress.
