Working closely with our advisers, you''ll handle cases involving pensions, investments, estate planning and protection-often with clients approaching or in retirement.You''ll be part of a small, collaborative team where your input is valued, and your progression is actively managed.Requirements: Minimum 2 years'' paraplanning experience within an IFA practice Strong technical knowledge: pensions, investments, estate planning, protection Experience supporting HNW clients (retirement planning, wealth management) Proficiency with investment platforms (Transact, Aberdeen, Quilter preferred) Competence with cashflow modelling and technical analysis software Solid understanding of FCA regulatory requirements and compliance Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (preferred, not essential)You''re proactive, detail-oriented, organised and collaborative.
