You will provide high-quality guidance, helping clients identify their strengths, explore opportunities, and achieve their professional goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver one-to-one and group career guidance sessionsSupport clients with career planning, goal setting, and progression pathwaysAssist with CV writing, job applications, and interview preparationProvide up-to-date labour market information and education/training adviceBuild relationships with employers, training providers, and educational institutionsOrganise and deliver workshops, career events, and employability sessionsMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with data protection policiesRequirementsDegree in Careers Guidance, Education, Psychology, or a related fieldRelevant qualification in Career Guidance (e.g., Level 6/7 Diploma in Career Guidance - desirable)Experience in careers advice, coaching, or education supportStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work with diverse individuals, including young people and adultsKnowledge of labour market trends and education pathwaysDesirable SkillsExperience working in schools, colleges, or training environmentsUnderstanding of employability skills and ..... full job details .....
