Career Advisor Requirement 3x 35 hours and 1x 28 hours Your new company We''re looking for a passionate and motivated Careers Adviser to support individuals of all ages to make informed decisions about their future.This is a people-focused role centred around coaching and guidance, helping clients build confidence, develop career management skills, and progress into sustainable employment, education or training opportunities.You''ll work across a range of settings - including schools, community environments, and partner organisations - delivering both one-to-one and group-based support. No two days are the same.Your new role Deliver tailored careers information, advice and guidance through a coaching-led approachSupport individuals to develop career management skills, set goals and achieve positive outcomesCarry out in-depth assessments to understand barriers, strengths and future aspirationsProvide practical support at key transition points (e.g. into employment, education or training)Deliver engaging group sessions and workshopsBuild strong relationships with schools, training providers, employers and community partnersUse labour market insight to inform guidance and support decision-makingMaintain accurate records and contribute to service improvementWhat you''ll need to succeed Postgraduate qualification in Career Guidance and Development (or equivalent recognised accreditation)Proven experience delivering careers advice and guidanceStrong coaching and interpersonal ..... full job details .....
