What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:
Deliver personalised, compassionate care tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and dignity
Support daily living activities such as personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, and mobility support
Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring emotional wellbeing alongside physical care
Monitor and report changes in client health, communicating effectively with healthcare professionals and families
Promote a safe, clean, and positive environment, adhering to safeguarding and health andamp; safety policies
Encourage social inclusion and community engagement to enhance quality of life
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care plans
Who Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
Experience in care work, health and social care, or a similar support role (training can be provided for the right candidate)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, empathetic approach
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and demonstrate reliability
