      <description>Location: Nairn | Salary: 13.65-13.65 Hourly | Type: Permanent | As a Care Worker in our care home, you will support older people with their daily routines and wellbeing, helping residents feel comfortable, respected and well cared for. You will work alongside colleagues to deliver consistent, person centred support within a safe and welcoming environment.  What your day will look like   Supporting residents with personal care and daily routines Assisting with mobility and helping residents move safely around the home Supporting residents during meals and encouraging good nutrition and hydration Promoting wellbeing through conversation and meaningful activity Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for residents Updating care records and reporting any changes in wellbeing Working closely with colleagues and wider health professionals Working on a rota that includes weekends  About you  You will be a dependable and compassionate individual who understands the importance of respectful, person centred care.
