Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes or care settings. The successful candidate will assist service users with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistanceSupport clients with mobility and safe movementAssist with meal preparation and feeding where requiredAdminister or prompt medication in line with care plans and company policiesOffer emotional support and companionshipAssist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shoppingMonitor and record changes in clients'' health and wellbeingMaintain accurate care records and report concerns to senior staffSupport service users to attend appointments and social activitiesPromote dignity, respect, privacy, and independence at all timesFollow safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control proceduresRequirementsPrevious care experience preferred (but training may be provided)Compassionate, patient, and reliable natureExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamUnderstanding of safeguarding and confidentialityFlexibility to work shifts, including evenings/weekends if requiredRelevant care qualification (NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care) desirableEnhanced DBS check (required)Driving licence and ..... full job details .....
