Care Worker

As a Care Worker, you''ll support older people to live with dignity, independence and comfort. From helping with daily routines and personal care to providing encouragement and companionship, you''ll play an important role in helping residents live well and feel valued. This is a weekend working role, ideal for those looking to work Saturdays and Sundays. Whether you''re experienced in care or considering a completely new career, we''ll provide the support, training and development opportunities you need to succeed. What you will do Support residents with personal care and day-to-day livingAssist with meals and promote nutrition and hydrationEncourage independence and individual choiceHelp residents stay active and engaged in daily lifeBuild positive relationships with residents and their familiesWork as part of a team to deliver person-centred careMaintain accurate records and follow care procedures About you You will be kind, dependable and committed to helping others. You''ll enjoy working with people and understand the importance of treating everyone with dignity, respect and compassion. Previous experience in care is welcome but not essential. We''re equally interested in people with the right values, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
