Care Worker Driver Domiciliary Care Hillingdon CCS Homecare Services is recruiting Care Worker Drivers to support elderly and vulnerable adults in their own homes across the London Borough of Hillingdon. This is a community-based role, travelling between clients to provide person-centred care, companionship and practical support. No experience is required as full paid training is provided. Key responsibilities Travel to clients homes across Hillingdon to deliver care and support. Provide personal care, medication support and help with daily living tasks. Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing. Offer companionship and practical household support. Complete accurate care records and report concerns promptly. Requirements Full UK driving licence and access to a car. Willingness to travel across the Hillingdon area. Good spoken and written English. Reliable, flexible and professional approach.
