      <description>Location: Oxfordshire | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Personal Care and Support  Support individuals with personal care needs, including washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and maintaining personal hygiene, while preserving dignity and respect.  Assist with mobility and safe transfers using appropriate equipment and moving and handling techniques.  Provide emotional support, reassurance, and companionship to promote wellbeing and reduce social isolation.   Medication and Health Monitoring  Prompt or administer medication in line with care plans, competency assessments, and company policies.  Monitor and record observations such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respirations, and oxygen saturation where required.  Observe and report any changes in an individual''s physical or emotional wellbeing to senior staff or clinical professionals.   Complex Care Skills Candidates may be required to support individuals with complex healthcare needs, including:  PEG feeding and enteral medication administration.
