Care Worker - Byrnhill Grove - 16 hours

We''re looking for caring and committed people to join our team at Byrnhill Grove, our registered care home in Ventnor, and help us provide high quality, person centred care to residents. At our registered care home in Ventnor, we provide person centred, CQC regulated care that puts residents'' dignity, independence and wellbeing first - and we''d love you to be part of that journey. Reporting to a Senior Care Worker, you''ll support residents with their day to day needs, including personal care, mobility, medication and wellbeing. You''ll follow personalised care plans, ensuring care is delivered safely and in line with best practice, while promoting independence, choice and inclusion. You''ll play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming environment where residents feel comfortable and supported in their home. This is a hands on role where every day is different, and every shift makes a real impact. You''ll work across a rota including early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, and may be required to participate in an on call rota where needed. You''ll be based at Byrnhill Grove, Ventnor, Isle of Wight, our registered care home. About you You''re compassionate, reliable and motivated to make a positive difference to people with care needs.
