What You''ll Be Doing

Supporting adults with learning difficulties in structured day care environments

Helping individuals engage in daily activities and community-based programmes

Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing

Working collaboratively with experienced professionals

What We''re Looking For

A caring, proactive attitude and passion for support work

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 12 months of UK experience in Health and Social Care

NVQ Level 2 (or higher) in Health and Social Care

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

Up-to-date Mandatory Training
