Our client is an expanding care business and they re looking for an ambitious, experienced Care Team Manager to join them as they continue to grow their services across Ringwood, New Milton and the surrounding areas and you will be travelling between the branches as required.This is more than a management role, it s an opportunity to help shape and build a growing area of the business, develop their care services and play an important part in their future.You''ll ideally have at least 3 years experience managing a care team and ready to take the next step towards becoming a Registered Manager in the future.What you ll be part of: Helping them build and grow their new area and care roundsDeveloping and expanding their live-in care packagesLeading, supporting and developing their care teamBuilding strong relationships with customers, families and healthcare professionalsOverseeing quality, care planning, safeguarding and complianceSupporting recruitment, staffing and service growthIdentifying opportunities to improve and develop their servicesWorking closely with the Registered Manager as they continue to growSharing responsibility of the on-call dutiesAct as name on call escalation contactSupport short notice cover arrangement About the rewards:Reporting to the Registered Manager, as Care Team Manager your hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm and you would be expected to cover on call evening/weekend should ..... full job details .....
