As a Care Team Leader, look after the day-to-day needs of residents with compassion and commitment to positively impact their lives.Lead and support Care Assistants in their development.Work with a team to ensure residents are comfortable in their home and receive high-quality personalised care aligned with individual care plans.Promote leisure and social activities as an important part of the day.Foster a kind and supportive environment for residents, their families, and colleagues.What you will bring
