We are currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Care Team Leader – Days to join a well-established residential care home in the charming town of Crediton.

Located in the heart of Crediton, this welcoming care home offers a peaceful and supportive environment, with convenient access to local shops, cafés, and transport links to Exeter and surrounding areas.

As a Care Team Leader – Days, you will:
• Lead and support the day care team to deliver outstanding care
• Provide hands-on assistance with personal care
• Coordinate daily routines, staff allocation, and handovers
• Act as a role model and mentor to care staff
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and respond to concerns
• Maintain accurate care records and ensure compliance
• Promote a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment

• Previous experience in a senior or leadership care role
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and proactive
• Passionate about delivering high standards of care
