An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader ideally with 2 years experience in Ofsted residential childcare to join a care provider, supporting children s and young people aged between 8 - 18 years. This full-time role offers salary of £14.75 per hour plus plus £70.50 per sleep-in and benefits.As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the manager in all aspects of the service''s operation, ensuring the delivery of high standards of care, and leading a team of dedicated professionals in a fast-paced environment.
