Stroud Care Service have happily provided over 25 years to people in need. We believe in fully supporting individuals to maintain their independence in both Residential and Supported Living settings. As a company, our primary focus is on individuals with Mental Health diagnosis and /or Learning Disability, and the associated conditions. We pride ourselves in our positive approach to individual support for each person, ensuring they are always involved in the planning of their daily lives. We want our residents to feel involved in decision making and live meaningful lives with opportunities, experiences, and independence.Responsibilities
Provide proactive, friendly support to residents in Residential and Supported Living settings.Involve residents in planning their daily lives and in decision making.Support residents to live meaningful lives with opportunities, experiences, and independence.Be adaptable to meet the changing needs of clients and be willing to learn, with full training provided.Contribute to a team that ensures no two days are the same in the role.Work on a full-time basis at a Stroud-area property, with varying shift patterns including every other weekend on a rolling 2-week pattern.Qualifications
Prior skills and knowledge of working within a care setting are desirable, but this is not essential as full training will be provided.Willingness to learn, adapt to clients\'' needs, and commit to the role.Benefits/Details
