We''re Looking For Someone Who:

• Treats people with dignity, respect, and kindness
• Builds positive relationships and works well as part of a team
• Supports people to make choices and live independently
• Holds a-full, clean UK manual driving licence-(essential)

What You Need to Know

• This is a-24/7 service, so flexibility is essential, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-in/overnight shifts.
• A satisfactory DBS check is required.
• Previous care experience is welcome but not essential. We value your attitude, compassion, and willingness to learn above all else.
