Care Support Worker

We are looking for someone- who is willing supports vulnerable individuals with daily activities to help them live as independently as possible.- Engage in- supporting to promote independance and provide little- assiatance at home with personal care, doing some house chores where possible and- to escort to Activity-centers for further interactions and exposures- to the community.
